There’s bound to be a lot of bling… and bags!
Tonight, we plan to curl up on the couch and binge-watch Netflix’s new show, Bling Empire: New York. We like to spend our time unwinding with a little drama and a lot of fashion, and whether the show is entirely scripted or not, we do not care. It lightens our evening, brings some entertainment, and of course, seeing the fabulous fashion and bags draws me in.
Bling Empire: New York just released on Netflix and is a spin-off of the OG Bling Empire, with Dorothy Wang remaining at the helm and introducing her group of equally if not wealthier friends (we’re talking billionaire status). Let’s take a look at the bags some of the cast members have been spotted carrying and sharing on social media.
Dorothy Wang
Dorothy Wang is no stranger, as we have featured her before when she was first spotted on Rich Kids of Beverly Hills. Her vibrant personality and straightforward delivery prove to be entertaining, to say the least, and her love for designer bags has never wavered. She is a HERMÈS girl at heart, a favorite of the VALENTINO team, and doesn’t miss a beat to unbox her latest designer purchase.
Tina Leung
Tina rose her way into the spotlight in the influencer world, with every major brand flying her to its shows and her being spotted in the latest must-have clothing and bag items. Her Instagram account is a fashion-lovers delight, and her bag collection is vast. You’ll see she works with the major brands and is also a fan of Hermès.
Lynn Ban
A Singaporean and acclaimed jewelry designer, Lynn Ban‘s brand counts many celebrity wearers as clients. On top of this, if you peek at her Instagram account, you will see her penchant for couture, which makes sense as she worked in the haute couture business before starting her jewelry line. Her sense of style is more-is-more, and I can’t wait to see how that translates in the show.
Deborah Valdez-Hung
We will be introduced to Deborah and her husband, Stephen, on this show. They are often referred to as “master networkers,” which means power couple in other terms. She is a former model originally from Mexico and now owns Dreamodels, an Asian-European modeling agency. She is currently at Couture Week in Paris, so she is a fellow bag and luxury brand lover!
